About Our Client
Our client is a Global accounting firm with a strong brand and solid reputation. Due to growth of their Singapore business and further expansion of divisions, they are now seeking a Partner or a Director with the potential to become a Partner and join their expanding organization leading their Tax team.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for the Tax department, serving a portfolio of clients worth several million dollars. Your work will be focused in tax advisory, having the chance to work in cross border taxation issues as well as some international assignments. You will be also responsible of monitoring a big team, and also be involved in bringing revenue to the organization by growing up the expanding tax team. You will have the autonomy and support of the firm to structure the team as you deem necessary, implement all requisite policies and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
You have a minimum of 15 years of work experience in an accounting firm within the tax field. Your have strong client-servicing mindset and relationship management experience, a consistent business development capability and a strong technical competence are required. You must be fluent English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking client.You must have a strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a new environment.
