We are a coal mining company managing mine operations a world class coal terminal in South Kalimantan. To support its business growth, the company is searching for a high potential candidate for the following position:
SHE SUPERINTENDENT
This is a senior staff position based in Asam Mine Site, reporting to Asam Mine Manager. He/she is responsible for permitting, planning, implementing & controlling SHE programs to ensure that all employees and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on safety, health & environment and operate in safe condition, developing and implementing SHE best practice to improve the cost effectiveness of company and SHE assurance process and performance.
Specific Requirements:
Min. S-1 graduate in health science, engineering or any other relevant disciplinesMin. 7 years working experiences and/or 3 years in similar positionExcellent knowledge in Permitting, Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system, good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety and environment, Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.Have deep knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and Safety & Environmental Audit.
General Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ideally in both English and Indonesian to liaise with internal/external contacts.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Good time management skills and organizational ability.Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
