Requirements:
Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Accounting / Finance background or related disciplinesMale/Female, max. 47 years oldHave experience min. 3 years from external auditorPreferable have min 3 year experience in well-known palm oil plantation company or natural resources or similar industry as Internal Auditor at Accounting / Finance backgroundHas strong analytical quality, highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a mustRequired: English proficiency (passive) & computer literacy (Microsoft Office)Excellence leadership, good personality, interpersonal skill, and good communication skill
Responsibility:
The position will be responsible to handle for all internal audits for Accounting / Finance operation for system, policies, and activity and not limited to planning, execution, report, and evaluationPrepare audit time plan, gather, analyze, and controlling data or information along with its achievementPerforming field audit activity and handle audit program reviewSupporting both of internal audit and department activity to ensure the risk potential and risk management at below levelConduct analysis on issues and ensure follow up with solutionMonitoring strategic implementation and make sure that procedures run optimally and appropriatelyEvaluate and analyze the results of the implementation of corporate strategy and looking for suggestions on solving problems that ariseDirects the functions of each department in implementing corporate strategyCan work as part of team and independently, strong development thinkingAble to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
