Core responsibilities will include:
Responsible in coordinating and consolidating Strategic Business Unit (SBU) sales budget & forecast by pack, customer and unit operationsSupport NSR (revenue & D&A) analysis for NKAMs to support strategic price decision (what if analysis) Facilitate commercial decision making around promotions and trade expendituresHighlight & follow up on underlying trends at a channel, segment & customer levelDevelop financial simulation and analysis to generate recommendation and report in order to support strategic decision making in the SBU channels (new customer proposals, contract renewals, marketing fund & promotional investments, profitability reviews)Providing key customer business performance analysis (net contribution & discount analysis)Integrate SBU financial information by key account, report, and performance to create financial statement both for management and Modern Foodstores Channel teamDevelop appropriate reporting & analysis toolsIdentify area for improvement and monitor the implementation of marketing activities to ensure cost effectiveness or increase productivityProviding post evaluation analysis around executed SBU activities against forecast and pre-evaluation justificationPrepare & monitor the annual SBU budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business PlanTake responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
Holding a minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from Economics / Management / Accounting or any disciplines relevantHaving a minimum of 5 years working experience in Finance area, preferably from FMCG industry and /or Multinational CompanyTechnical Competencies required:P/L Statements, Balanced StatementsAssets managementSales & Marketing knowledge
