Our client is a massive local bank that currently seeking for good and suitable talents to fulfill Branch Manager Position at Samarinda with detail below ;

Main Branch Manager
(Samarinda)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing sales activities plan and coordinate in new client acquisition, develop and maintain relationship with prime customer
• Developing and evaluate portfolio and performance of the branch.
• Ensure the implementation of service standard is in line with SLA and SOP.
• Monitoring service to customer and all complain are handled in proper manner and make service improvement plan periodically.
• Ensure that branch operational running smoothly and in line with sispro
• Delegate the task properly in the most efficient and effective way
• Responsible in prevent potential cost loss possibilities by monitoring branch’s cost and cash flow.
• Ensure that all the staff following KYC procedure in handling customer.
• Managing and guiding branch’s staff in product knowledge & services and self development program.

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 graduation from reputable university
• Minimal 7 years experience in banking industries and minimal 4 years in managing sales team or branch
• With good performance track record.
• Strong Leadership & good Communication Skill
• Local talent is preferable
• Posses adequate exposure in funding and lending
• Business Savvy & Sales Ability
• Customer Oriented & attention to detail
• Coaching & Team Development
