Program Objectives
Global Consumer Group is one of the key businesses of Citibank Indonesia that caters financial services for consumer markets. It has 3 key business groups, namely Retail Banking, Credit Card and Consumer Finance.
Consumer Finance consists of two types of product, which are Personal Loan & Citifinancial. Citibank Personal Loan was first introduced in 2003, and directed to serve customers planned financial needs by providing easy and convenient multipurpose cash loan. The loan offers no-collateral requirements and competitive interest rate. Other products, Citifinancial, which was launched in August 2004, is a neighborhood branch based lending business and targeted to fulfill the growing needs of loan without collaterals. This neighborhood approach allows Citifinancial officers to do face-to-face interactions with customers. Since 2007, Citifinancial collaborates with PT. Pos Indonesia to expand the distribution of the product.
For the last three years the growth of Consumer Finance as the most trusted personal lending has increased significantly. Critical to our continued growth strategy is the expansion of our leadership and management bench strength. To meet this demand, we need to attract and develop individuals which have potential to grow and will bring significant contribution to the business.

Hold S-1 (Bachelor’s) degree of any background from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 2 years working experiences in banking industry, especially in Consumer Finance business
