Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts as well as all general accounting function in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and audited financial statements.
• Prepare and submit GST and other statistical and statutory returns.
• Preparing annual budget / taxation matters / treasury / liaising with external auditors etc.u

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 3 years experience in accounting or auditing.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication
• Good knowledge in accounting software and MS Excel.

2. Accounting Manager (EP0906539)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal policies and procecures
• Review and analyse financials and operating costs
• Forecast and prepare annual budget
• Liase with auditors, tax agents and financial instituitions

Requirements:

• CPA membership, with experience in Oil & Gas accounting.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in accounting fundamentals for tax, statutory reporting and regulatory laws.
• Good spreadsheets skills and relevant accounting system skills.
• Minimum 8 years experience of which 3 years being a managerial post.

3. E&I Supervisor (Ref: EP0906538)

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years active experience as an E&I construction supervisor in Oil and Gas or marine industry.
• Must be able to interpret layout and shop drawings for both electrical and instrumentation.
• Must have the ability to enforce the working schedule and targets to sub-con.
• Must be familiar with sequence of works from start to completion.
• Must able to do site coordination with other trades.
• Must able to take care, monitor, anticipates possible shortage of materials.
• Must able to feedback all the site problems and help for the solution.
• Must able to guide the contractors of all the details w/ quality and good workmanship.
• Must able to closely monitor every aspect the status and progress of the woks.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 7 years of working experience in marine/ shipyard industry
• Good experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore & Offshore (FPSO) project handling
• Develop detailed project plans, manage project within timeframe and liaise with various section heads, clients and contractors to maximize available material, human resources, and existing structure and process based on the formulated project objectives
